That’s not even bringing up the daughters…. Her influence on our herd has been immeasurable through direct daughters, multiple sons, and grandsons.

Anexa 271Y is a specimen of biological perfection phenotypically and genotypically. A world-class donor who helped put the U2 Program on the map. Before she even earned her donor status, she had the $46,000 Reckoning and $59,000 Entourage bulls under her belt. This started a wave of unbelievable success after she entered our ET program with countless herd bulls including Fortunate Son, Bad Moon Rising, Outlander, Legend, and many, many more! Her lineage traces back to our original Anexa foundation female, the prolific and productive cow family that we are most known for! Generations of perfect foot design and impeccable udders with ultimate longevity are the trademarks of the Anexas.

333 was a foundation female here and bred naturally until 16 years of age. She was a prolific, consistent producer and was not flushed until the end of her career in 2017, still keeping an 8-year-old mama cow look and a perfect foot and udder till the end. She raised us nine natural females, including the legendary Anexa 271Y, and eight herd bulls for registered breeders, including TKO 254Z, President 64H, HERITAGE 218F, NEXT MISSION 487A, WILD THING 8235U, PRESIDENT 62H, PARAMOUNT 79H, PEDIGREE 215F, and MAGNUM 421F. A breed-improving cow that should have been flushed early in her career.

Another herd builder we were fortunate to have raised. Her production record was flawless, and her influence was immeasurable. Her sire, Calibre 53C, was a female-maker extraordinaire backed by the famed Saskairie Fancy 96W cow. Anexa 5F was a herd bull factory responsible for several high sellers including U2 Image 023K, U2 Outlaw 125L, Icon 223M, and Ambush 423Y. Her soundness, udder structure, and longevity consistently transmitted to her progeny as her four natural daughters have been stellar producers, averaging 14 calves each!

One of the original foundation females purchased that started it all! A rare coveted Dsign 1325-082 daughter that we just had to have. A year later we purchased her mother, Anexa 90T, at 10 years of age, and they were the start of our Anexa legacy that would shape our future! Anexa 48B placed herd bulls into top commercial outfits and three registered programs, including U2 Wanted 917J, that was known industry-wide as a foot and udder improver with over 400 calves registered in Canada!

A never-miss cow with many productive daughters and 30 registered progeny in Canada alone, including herd bulls: $35,000 Estranged 83G, Reckon 404F & 376F, $21,000 Urgent 12G, $30,000 Apex 82G, $25,000 El Scorcho 547J, and of course $73,000 Renown 193C.

A direct daughter of our foundation 48B cow that carried on the cow family tradition of never-miss production, fertility, and longevity. She raised 17 consecutive natural calves in 16 calving seasons, breeding on time every year! Twelve of them were herd bulls, all being sale highlights including U2 Artillery 422P to T-K, Big League 544R to Ter-Ron Farms, Ideal 1600S to Get-a-long Farms, 7044T to Majestic Ranches, Mission Impossible 150W to Hamco and 357 Magnum to Silver Spur Ranches in Colorado. Her five daughters all stayed in the herd and were highlighted by Anexa 4G, the dam of U2 MVP 386N.

One of the most recognizable cows to ever walk our pastures. The $140,000 Erelite 109Z has been admired by all for her unique blend of massive power and exquisite femininity. She and her progeny are beyond compare for teat spacing and size. Fertility runs deep in these Erelites, along with longevity and stellar production records. She is the dam of Pathfinder sire U2 Coalition and the $47,000 U2 Temptation, along with many other top sons to breeders. Her heritage is just as impressive being backed by two generations of the best and most prolific donor-quality cows we’ve raised.

Earned the title of Elite Premier Dam that has an AR of 113 on her calves. She is a tremendous-bodied, phenotypical dream that can be described as “non-typical” in every aspect. She has produced countless replacements including the legendary Erelite 109Z as well as herd bulls for many top outfits including U2 Bandito 393G to Steppler Ranch, MT.

A massive-bodied, soft-made donor that is very hard to fault. In her prime, she was a tour favorite that all admired. In conjunction with her superior maternal and phenotypical profile, she provides very reliable calving ease and a growth curve ending in check for performance vs longevity, making her a very good cow maker here for a lot of years. Her dam may be the best part, as she is a direct daughter of Beauty 6R, who needs no introduction and has a whopping 90 progeny registered!

Here is the Rosebud that started all Rosebuds here at U2. She is a direct Right Time daughter and an own daughter of the original legendary donor Crescent Creek Rosebud 115F! We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to acquire maternal masterpiece genetics like these to build our Black Angus herd around!
